Addict sues her drug dealer
I find this absurd.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7180379.stm Sueing a drug dealer selling illegal drugs in the present while having demonstrated for three years that one willingly started to consume illegal drugs? She is sueing him not for what was three years ago, but an event in the present. another illustration how very much confused our standards of justice and ever-growing and ever-supplemented laws have become. Having had bad experiences with laws myself, I do not trust legal proceedings anymore, and never take it as granted to get justice even when all evidence is in my favour.
