hi hunters,
have just run CCleaner - a piece of software that cleans unwanted - unused downloaded files etc. also, it has a basic reg cleaner wich has bought up a number of sh3 files, amongst others, to delete. i realise this question is a bit blind for you, so, do you think it would be safe to delete these reg files. are these reg files unused now ? many thanks

Check if there's any indication of a file-path...if the path points to a temporary folder, then it's safe to delete those registry-entries.
For a better answer, I'm afraid you'll have to post more details.

I have used that utility for years now and it has NEVER caused me a problem.
Unlike Windows own utility...which once identified a problem with Windows and wound up blowing my entire system up to the point I had to reformat and reinstall... |
