Ok - so I have GWX 2.0 installed and can now get the stopwatch on the plot map - Yea!!

If you're talking about the stopwatch in a wooden surround which tucks away with the maps, speed charts etc. it doesn't work independently. It's simply a repeater for the stopwatch in the periscope view. It allows you to see the running time and time to Impact of torpedoes in views other than the periscope view.

Yea, that's the one. So we still have to go to Peri or UZO to start it huh? Well at least we can get more accuracy around the 3:15, 6:30 and 9:45 points on the map plot.
