Default got me a IXb

and wondering if there are any specific mods for it, like maybe the open hatch that the VIIs had

i snagged me an IXB early in my career, a pretty famous one U-123....... she served me well for 19 missions......then i upgraded

I thought there was also an openhatch version for the IX?

There are always quite a few nice skins around for the IXB

i drew U-107. don't know anything about it...yet. for skins, i kinda preferr stock, as if it just slid down the ways. missin the open hatch, tho

There is such a mod for the type IX, but I don't know if it is compatible with GWX 2.0. Works fine with 1.03 though.

About compatibility, Danlisa says:

"It will definetly cause compatiblity issues. Have you seen inside the control rooms in GWX 2.0? We're those 'little' extras there before? (please don't give anything away for those who don't have it yet).

I suspect DD will make his open hatch compatible. He has all the tools now."

I had U-123 too lol...was a rather lucky boat for me. My first mission saw me bag a fleer carrier and almost a BB...but one fish detonated prematurely and the other one was a dud!!!
