Hello :-)
After long brake with SH3 i tried SH4 last night, and I miss something - this "following" camera view from SH3 (I'm not sure now, probably with "dot" key when You see external view in Silent Hunter 3). It is possbile to set this view automatically in Silent Hunter 4 ??? Sorry about my english ![]() Best Regards Stary Wuj |

The "," and "." keys cycle through external views of your own boat, and all detectable targets. These views stay with and follow the object they are looking at. So, just hit "," once, then zoom in or out with the up and down arrows, and rotate 360 degrees with the right and left arrows (or mouse).
If you hit F11, you get the free roaming camera. Just like in SH3, if you then settle that view directly at the screws, and move in close, the camera will get linked to and follow the boat (although you are left staring at the screws the whole time).

Make sure that your external camera is unchecked in the options screen as well.
