Patch 1.4 - menu_1024_768.ini file changes

Surprisingly, there apparently weren't that many changes to this key file in patch 1.4 compared to patch 1.3 (at least, assuming that my Word redlining function didn't blow up somehow) - that bodes well for being able to update the various mods that messed with this file.

In case anyone is interested, set forth below is a list of all the sections that were changed in 1.4 (compared to 1.3's version of this file). The sections numbers are correct, but the rest of the info is just my initial guesses as to what they relate to and why they might have been made, and that stuff could well be wrong (I haven't had time to really analyze what the changes mean yet):

Already have the conflicts with RFB fixed, Small nav tools work as does the small chrono.

Still need tweaks to get it totally right though.

Although this is the first sign of conflicts due to changes, just because these are fixed, it doesn't mean the mod isn't going to cause a ctd later. Lots of files to dig through yet.

you can search Notepad for the string....

this file is daunting and easily botched up....backup...backup...backup is the word.
