I'm Ready! Gimme, gimme, gimme, hava, hava, hava, want, want, want!

I'm ready! So ready! Incredibly ready!

I rolled back my SH3 Commander files. I backed out my mods with JoneSoft's mod enabler. I de-installed SH3. I deleted the folder. I delete my SH3 game folder in My Documents.

I reinstalled SH3. I installed the 1.4b patch. I installed the DX res changer utility. I did the MS Application Compatability thang. I installed the latest version of JoneSoft mod enabler.

I ran JoneSoft's mod enabler and did a snapshot.

I played a single mission just to make sure all was working. I sank a couple of Brit BB's, and an Elco torpedo boat.

I'm so ready, I'm unsteady!

Must have GWX 2.0 now! Gimme, gimme, want, want, gotta get, gotta get!

Hope the GW have extra download capacity. Would a torrent stream be better?

This great news! It'll help with the bandwidth strain.

I recently reinstalled SH3 in anticipation of GWX 2.0 after having it uninstalled for a number of months. GWX 2.0 looks awesome!

Yeah me too, finally got my SH3 up, after many problems. I did everything by the book for installing on Vista yet it would CTD on intro. 7 must be a lucky number, after 7 reinstalls and restarts the game runs :rotfl:Even started up a stock campaign with rusty boats and easy merchant pickings.

Just viewed the GWX 2 movie. ahh it looks the blardy same to me as 1.3, the water is still that bland color, yep the ships are nice and colorful and they lightup at night, great! GWX 1.3?

So im guessing the AI is going to kickass, thats going to be the meat of this modd:hmm:

Not likely. The site never has had more than 2000 attending the release of a mod or game. The huge 6000+ number came from Dutch visitors referred here by articles in their newspapers about Abraham. I doubt we'll ever see something like that kind of attendance again.

Well, Kiwi... if you don't want to DL it... no one is going to shoot you. Also, there was no necessary changes to be made to the AI from version 1.03 to 2.0

Apparently its not for you.

No thats fine, just asking as its a 1gig download compressed and 3gig install or there abouts. So really its a graphical facelift as you said the AI wont have any changes. I liked GWX 1.3 and going by what you said your right this 2.0 is not for me unless i want to see colored ships etc., Will stick to the 1.3.
