Default REL: Moon mod

It comes in three version, though I recommend using the small one. I have made it so that the moon changes brightness through its different phases. So a full moon is at its brightest and a new moon, which you never see anyway, at its darkest!
I'm not sure the medium really works that well, but some may try it, and can give some feedback.
Some like the big version, I really don't like it that big anymore...
The previous version, I spoke about, where the moon also changed colour: yellow etc, has been abandoned! ;-)

Thanks a lot C for this!!!!
I was wondering when was it going to be avaialable...
Downloading it right now.
One last question: If I recall correctly, you were working on a similar moon mod that had a little taint of yellow. did you finish it or is it still WIP?
Thanks again C.

You're welcome!

The chart shows for instance: B+20,C+10 that means the image I used, I gave it +20 in brightness and +10 in contrast. The contrast to make the image of the moon more black/white and less grey, and the brightness was to make the moon phases so that the closer to full moon, the brighter it would be because it receives more light from the sun, and the closer to new moon, the darker it will be, because the light it receives goes through the atmosphere of the earth!

CapZap, look above it first post I abandoned the coloured moon. It looked okay a few times with a yellow moon, but too often, it looked ridiculous. The problem is that in some parts of the world, a yellow moon would be quite normal, and it would be normal, when it's just above the horizont, but not high in the sky. So I skipped the idea.

Ohh... sorry!

When you unpack it, you'll see three versions: big, medium and small.
You just pick your preferred version, move it to the MODS folder, and voilà JSGME friendly!

The skin from my avatar is actually a IXb skin from STEEDS, nr. 2 IIRC. If you search in this forum after his IXb skins, I'm sure it's still available as single download. If you still can't find it, then write me, and I'll look for it for you!
