"Calveley, 37, launched his crusade against Amazon after he ordered a book through the
online retailer in September 2004. He paid the few extra dollars to have the delivery
fast-tracked by a courier company.
But the book didn't turn up. Assuming it had been lost in transit, he ordered another
copy. And while he was waiting for that, the first one arrived.
