Bow Planes look messed up

Hi all,

Noticed the other day that when I was diving, the bow planes looked all jacked up. The strut that comes out the bottom and attaches to the boat looks as if it's been dislocated, and the whole planes looks torqued over.

Just wonder if anyone else has experienced this? The planes will lower perfectly the 1st time I dive, but pretty much are broken, graphic wise, afterward.
