Allied port facilities

Hi,

The manual mentions refueling at an Allied port. I was looking for more detail and couldn't find an answer by searching, may have used the wrong words.

So . . . can you pull into places with port facilities shown when you zoom in that don't have an anchor and just refuel?

An example would be Port Moresby or Dampier, Australia

Tenders,fix periscopes,but not fuel tanks.

You can refuel at any port that has an anchor. Solid ports are allied, striped ports are allied tenders.

Other ports won't work.

Also, you will see stripped anchors which would be subtenders and they act the same as the ports do.
