Yes, and one person can have one and it's cheaper than buyng a replica. It's also good since the real ones, in top condition and almost un-used are rare and very expensive.
The real ones that have a fair price are very used, many times in bad shape.

But one can also buy one of this and get some kriegsmarine gold buttons and aplly, to have a almost real u-boat jacket.
