U-Boat Docklines

Hello Kaleun´s
Is this possible to make a docklines, or mooring warps mod for use when mooring the U_boat? (like a Ship Simulator or Motorboat Simulator). Imagine the order "Fasten Boat" and the U-Boat stop the movement alongside the jetty or "to east off" when go out. ( and the U-Boat anchor too?) Please. sorry my bad english. Thanks.
