Can't Find It - Help Appreciated

I recently ran across a mod for the periscope view that was great. A little more magnification and showed the smoke coming off the ships. I had to remove some of my mods and lost it. Can anyone tell me which mod this might have been?

Thanks for your help and the mods really do add a new dimension to the game - most appreciated.

Trigger Maru and Real Fleet Boat are two of the larger compilation mods, both geared towards realism, both are very good.
