Captains ~ Permission to Come Aboad

SH3 ~ Have The Latest Upgrade 1.3 or 1.4 ~ Installed The Latest Improved U_Boat 1.03

Now Some Of My Keys On My KeyBoard Do Not Work For the SH3 ~ ?

I ALSO Tried To Set Some Keys With The Program SETKEY ~N~ Save Them ~BUT~ Again Some Keys Just Will Not Work ~ Like Number 0 - =
\| Keys Will Not Be Set At ALL ~ Which Are ALL Blank In The SH3 Game

Also A Few Keys That Were Working ~ Like ~ Coming To New Heading or If UR Periscope Heading Was OFF O ~ A Key Was Used To Point It Back To O ~N~ They Do Not Work Now

ALL Of the Keys On The SH3 KeyBoard Card Do Work ~BUT~ I Can Not SETKEY Any Of The Blank Keys ?
