I only had trouble like that after updating to GWX... in which case it wasn't the game or GWX's fault. After 10 mins my graphics cards started overheating and my PC, gasping for air, caused the game to CTD. Tossed my piddley little case fan and installed two 130MM fans (1 right on the graphics cards) and solved my problems.

Try taking off the side panel and blow the dust off all the heat sinks. Run the game with the side panel off and if it crashes again see if you're GPU is ouchey hot.

Do you have an Nvidia graphics card? If so try the latest driver from their website.
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp After eight months of game crashes whereby I knew it was the graphics driver, Nvidia finally fixed it ![]() Dont know if this will be of any help for you :hmm: Kpt Otto, Type IIb U-23 |
