Questions about new RA mod

1- I see in RA mod nuke ammo. How i use them, beacuse one torpedo kill one sub.
2- What are surveliance satellites (ex. Rorsat)? And haw they work?
3- There are a assignement classification of the new unit (ex. surface attack unit, submarine attack unit, patrolling unit, defence unit, land attack unit,...)?
