[REL] BASE PIC and ORDERS by: Kapt.Klaus
This will change the Paper/Orders so it also has the Navy Flag plus the docked ship is no longer a painting, but an actual pic. Adds to the realism. Unzip and follow instructions in the ReadMe file.
