Missles wont load.. (Picture Inside).

I just don't understand. Is there something that I am doing wrong? (I'm a new SH player. I couldn't play the campaign because my missions were repeating over and over. So I downloaded the Trigger Maru 1.5 mod. That is what this is.

Also, when this happened, I was way up in Japan. I even drove all the way back to pearl harbor to rearm. Once I rearmed, I took this picture because nothing had changed at all.
