Yet another example of PC going OTT
 In my profession it is official policy that if an individual comes from a BME background and satisfies the essential criteria, they have a 50% better chance of being successful.As much as I dissagree with the poisenous bile meted out by racist organisations, I can understand how some of our younger generation come to resent this

Give it time. This equality legislation that has turned into special privilage legislation will come back and bite these people with a vengence given enough time. As far as I know, most people are getting fed up with the special interest groups that pass this kind of BS - so its day is coming.
