I've noticed in the set of mods i'm using (31 mods now), that by the second half of 1942 i see Sub Tendor's appearing on the map. One at Johnston Atol and another north of eastern Australia in the lower tip of the Solomon Islands.
I find that these Sub Tendors greatly increase the fun of this game. Restocking torpedoes without the tenders near the battlefronts can often use up almost a month in travel time. All makes me wonder how the Japs could possible expect to succeed in the war with such a deadly strategy that coulod be used against their vast supply network. |

Yes I agree. What I like to see though is Tenders being attacked considering a few are quite close to Japanese occupied locations.

I've never progressed to 1943 in this game before. All i know is by September '42 the campaign is generating some major warship fleets on both sides. Looking forward to witnessing my first major sea battle in the game. I have see a US Destroyer slice and dice a couple jap Destroyers. The mod that increases all gun flash is excellent. Looks real. |
