Default [REQ] Re-map "Turn off HUD" key?

When running the game on my ASUS notebook PC, I can't seem to find a way to turn off the HUD. The notebook doesn't have a NUMPAD, and although it does have a "virtual NUMPAD" capability (Function Key+blue text "virtual numpad" values mapped onto the "7890,UIOP,JKL;,M<>?" rows of keys), apparently my ASUS doesn't support a virtual NUMPAD DEL key, which is what the Turn Off HUD sim function is mapped to.

I've looked through \Data\Cfg\Commands.cfg to re-map it to something more accessible on the notebook PC, but it doesn't appear that the Turn Off HUD keymap is coded in that file. Must be in the game code itself?

Any info would be appreciated. In the meantime I just cleanup the HUD a little by setting that partial hide/pushdown menu bar feature, to unclutter the view when I climb up topside to stare at the sea every now and then.
