Right now I'm running a Pentium D 840 3.2 gHz with 2 gigs dual channel DDR2 and a GeForce 6800XT with a GPU clock speed of 350 and 512 mb. So my question is the video card a bottleneck? I'm suspecting it is. What do you guys think?

Strangely enough, I was going to ask the same question.
MOBO: ASUS PC800e Deluxe CPU: P4 3.0 RAM: 2 GIGS (4x512MB) ddr400 184pin Video Card: PNY VERTO 6800GT (256mb) OS: Windows XP I wanted to get a second video card, but neither the mobo or the video card is SLI capable.

My specs are nigh on identical apart from the card (I have a 7800 GS).
Your card is the weakest link of all your specs but IMO your looking good and should have no problems ![]() |

You guys actually look fairly balanced to me, although the P4 and PD aren't exactly speed demons and tend to run hot.
