SH II Missions fail to Complete

Great to see there's still a live forum for this great game.

I'm stuck on Blitzkrieg!! On return to Willemshaven, I hear the message "Mission Complete Sir", and if I press Escape, everything looks good. BUT the mission doesn't "roll over" properly. In other words, I cannot proceed to the next mission. If I continue that campaign, it's still set at Blitzkrieg.

Help would be appreciated.
