Numbers in yellow are the latitude and longitude of the station. That would be 44N, 35W. Somewhere near tokyo would 36, 140. 75000 is your range/power. Unfortunately that number doesn't really translate into any real measurement units. You can estimate the number you put in to come out in game as half that in NM. Put in 2000, get roughly 1000nm, although it's more like 900nm. Plus as that number gets larger, that conversion becomes off more and more so that the only way to know the range is to test it in game.
