Need help with Uboat Realsim Site

I know this topic has been beaten to death, but after finding countless references to files saved here that I can't get to I'm desperate. I've registered for both the main website, which works fine for me, and download central. However, I cannot complete my activation w/ DLC. Whether I click on the link that was emailed to me, or cut-and-paste it into the browser, I am unable to complete the registration after entering my username/password as prompted... I keep getting redirected to another page that tells me I have to activate the account. And if I just try logging in, I'm told I need to activate first...
I've tried PM'ing Terrapin and sending mail via the Uboat Realsim site as well, but to no avail. I feel guilty for complaining about something that I haven't paid anything for... but if anyone has a lead that could help me complete the registration I'd appreciate it!

Sry for the spam but I have the exact same problem since a while now. Also strange is that the activation mail has to be answered after 15 days but nothing changes even long after those 15 days having passed.
