I was reading an article on the BBC and followed a link to a section of law.

Where it reads

An extreme pornographic image is an image which is both
(a) pornographic, and
(b) an extreme image.

Wow you don't say.

Just in case you are thinking I am a nut I happened to be reading this story

Any other cases of seemingly obvious explanations.
I do understand in this example that there is further explanation and it is a legal explanation so needs to be idiot proof.
