Best war cartoon i have ever seen.

Well this one takes the cake. I believe it is by far the best war cartoon ever made. its just so excellent. If only cartoons were made like this today.

It's hipocritic actully anti-propaganda propaganda

As a piece of Allied propaganda, it is quite clever, and I imagine it was probably quite effective. But it's not exactly subtle, even by today's standards, and it's not very grounded in reality either (not that propaganda actually has to be), a simple look at the facts will tell you that:

The Nazis basically got properly up and running in 1933, when Germany became a one party state. Which means that if 'Hans' had been born right at the start of the Nazi era, he'd have been twelve years old when the Nazis capitulated in 1945, so(notwithstanding some desperate use of children as soldiers later in the war) this hardly qualifies him as some sort of fully-trained stormtrooper.

It's actually fairer to say that many fervent supporters of Hitler were not made that way by indoctrination from birth, but as a result of the Nazis twisting the facts relating to what were some fairly brutal Armistice reparations demands following the Great War. Much of this contributing to the economic ruin of the country and subsequent anarchy which created the right conditions for extremist parties to get up and running. It was this, combined with some vicious manoeuvering from Hitler and his thugs and support from the many Catholic voters, which made it relatively easy to drive the country to further extremes.

Needless to say, since it was effectively the Allies which set Germany off along that road following the Armistice, it's not difficult to imagine why they wouldn't want to point that part of the story out in a Disney cartoon.
