1.3 Improved orders panel and "green lamp mod"

In the 1.3 release notes it says they improved the orders panel? it doesnt look much different to me...

that being said, will the green lamp mod still work or does it need to be tweeked?

the green lamp works for me .. i really didnt notice any diference ... what should i look for ?
