Default I feel sick

I think I have a serious cold coming. I feel sort of bunged, I have a headache, and I feel a bit queezy.

Its been a while since I was ill. Jeez..

I didn't know the exact meaning of the word in your slang, but I was pretty sure it wasn't the same as US slang.

Onion in hot milk in case of sore throat.
Ocean salt in body-warm water for gargling, and rinsing the nose.
Lots of Vitamine-C, sipping it every hour in hot tea, for example.
Hot shower, staying warm afterwards to sweat as much as possible.
Sleep.
More sleep.
Much more sleep.
Aspirin at best - no more medication.

When this happens your 2/3rds the way home.

Damn. I wish I had seen this thread late last week. I have had the flu since Thursday and only now am I getting over it. Strange time of year here for so many people to be struck down with this flu that is going around. My entire office has had it over the last couple of weeks.

Just great!

We're traveling to the UK.

Had our flu shots this past winter but I'm sure they don't cover viruses traveling down the wrong side of the artery.
