Default crew management screen bug

Does anybody know this bug, where not alle crew members are displayed at the F7 crew management screen ? E.g. if the diesels engine room is filled to the top the 3 most bottom right crew members aren't displayed anymore. I still can click on them but I will only see the clicked member again if I drag him into one of therelaxing rooms (or what they ever are called).
I also cannot use the icons for the crew management on this screen anymore, they just aren't clickable.

I have seen this bug of invisible crew members in the F7 section on some screenshot before and now it occured to me.

Does anybody know a solution for this ?

I'm not using any mods which should conflict with each other: GWX1.03, OpenHatch and a sound mod

Thanks

I've uploaded a screenshot of this problem, perhaps someone will remember then

As one can see, in both engine rooms are fewer crew slots displayed as usual. Although they are still there. It's a bit annoying to click on each slot to detemine wether it is filled or not.
And the crew management buttons don't work either :/

As I remember, the draggable stop watch starts hidden at the upper left corner if SH3 is just loaded. In my case it's strangely at the right side and the pointers aren't in their proper place too. Though that's not to be seen at this screenshot.

Still thankful for any help, i.

Weird!:hmm:

I'd go for a complete reinstall.

- uninstall GWX and SH3, and reboot
- remove the SH3 folder in your MyDocuments, and reboot
- install SH3, reboot
- patch to SH3 v1.04, and reboot
- install GWX, and reboot
- patch GWX to v1.03, and reboot
- install your mods (using JSGME that came with GWX)

*note all the reboots I recommended! Not doing this might be the cause of your issue in the 1st place.

It worked well before, the problem came across after I ran GWX 1.03 several times. Because the MyFavDialMod writes stuff into teh menu_1024x768.ini, that this is the problem. At least for the pointers of the draggable stopwatch.

For a complete reinstall I will wait some more time. This takes so much time to reinstall everything

This is the problem with sliding TDC's. Someone (can't remember who) changed the amount of sailors per room and that's why these places are hidden. If you got something f.. up than you've got this. If you want, download my realnav mod and copy menu....ini (that is pure gwx with tdc and sextant which you want see anyway if you don't use the whole package) or compare both ini files and just copy crew management section from my file.

That sounds good. Never got anything to with NYGM except for the MyFavouriteDialsMod, which's folder is called 6_dials_nygm22 so it may have to do something with this.
As I don't use the sliding TDC, I will through that out of the menu[...]ini. But at first I won't deinstall the FavDialsMod completely, the sliding dials on the right (compass, depth, ...) are just too cool

Thanks for the hint !
