[REL] New SHIV Scene for 16k & 8k Atmosphere versions.

Hi, I thought I'd start a new thread for those who were looking for 16k Atmosphere versions & thought it was a no go! Well thanks to Hitman for pointing me in the right direction & Der Teddy Bars alteration to the tweak txt file so as to change the scene.dat file to the 16k version (still Beta)!

For General 16k users this should suit any supermod:
