Garphics problems in periscope station

My graphics card is a Radeon 9250 256MB.
Whenever I use periscope, I just see a big block of bright colors (yellowish green especially at night). I can't see the ships etc. How do I fix this? Or is this a known bug? Although I can play the game without using periscope, some missions needs to take a picture.
