Default Type XIV Milkcow?

Sorry in advance if this has already been discussed.

Has there ever been any work done on the Type XIV class of boats in the game?

I know that you can refuel from them in GWX but it's a type IXB or C graphic model that you see in-game.

Also, is there a way to NOT be given a full load of eels (unrealistic) when re-supplying from these in GWX?

Answer as far as I know is No on both counts. Haven't seen anything on the XIV. And due to the game code the only thing you can get is a full load of torpedoes. There is no way to change that as far as I know.
