i don't have a pic, but i could get one if i needed to.
so; my graphics are abit wierd, i've got a good top of the line comp, and graphics all on maximum, but when i go to the control room, every one is really bright, especially at night, they seem to glow. Another problem, is that all my personal have bright green belts, i know they shouldn't be there ... right? and finallymy graphics all in all, just dont seem to be very good, i know they hype up the screenshots, but looking at the screenshot forum, every obne seems to have better graphics then me ... how can i make mine betetr? ![]() |

Hi!. Alittle more info would be helpful. What kind of graphics card are you useing, and what driver version? Post your system specs as well, so some of the smarter guys on the forum could have a look and try to get you sorted.
I'm useing an ATI X1650pro card with Cat 7.3 driver build. I also have that "glow" around the crewmen, although it is slight, and more pronounced during the day. I also notice it only on the guys outside on watch. As for the green belts, I can't say that I ever saw that one. Could very well be a driver issue. |

Hi, I have the same problem as "Gigalocus" the crew have green belts and green buttons on there shirts, the crew also have a bright glow about them, never experienced this problem with SH3 or any other sims I have. I changed back to Cat 7.3 Driver build but didn't make any difference. I would also like to know how to fix this graphics problem?
My system specs are: Pentium 4 2.53g Ati 9700 pro card 1 gig ram 40" LCD Samsung Cat 7.4 Driver Build |

sounds like a driver thing to me. try setting CCC to default and see if it persists. if ya wanna see anomalies, check my thread with that in it

Just trying here, but...
Check and see if the glow is related to your mimapping settings. Try with mipmapping low/off, and with high/Max. With my ATI X1950 Pro and catalyst drivers, mipmapping setting creates a hazy effect which might be what your seeing as a glow.
