What files - ranges?

What files set the distance ranges for utterances from your crew when they give you reports?

I would like to just have handy the definitions of short, medium, and long.

Do you mean this ?

[ContactRange]
;under the (right) value a contact is considered as:
Short=1000 ;[m]
Medium=8000 ;[m]
Long=16000 ;[m]
