In the Battle of Britain dev-team a simular question was at order so i learned how to coop whit that.Not as long i use it for personal use(in my SH4 cabin)and not comercial use(as above is not).

I'm sure you are right there, personal use is okay, but to put them in a mod would be asking for trouble.
