Help with Silent Hunter III Voice Command v2.4

Everytime i try and open the SHIII profile (tried dling it 3 times) in Shout it says:

There was an error at line 229, position 41 while reading C.\programs\shoot\profiles\SHIII.xml

The 'pause' is not declared. an error orccurred at file:///C:/Programs/Shoot/Profiles/SHIII.xml (229, 41)

any help please?

be patient mate,

it must be the right person to explain this

just wait for a while , and hopefully someone knows the fix for it
