Is there any chance to mode the black crosshairs to some color that is visable at night?????

Hmm. Probably!
My guess is to take a look in the USSSUBSIMPRATS folder.

But, I'm not sure.

i've made the crosshair a little greenish. Not too much, but it should help during the night. Try it out.

I use Photoshop. You have to enable the alphachannel, then you can see the crossline. Then mark it, switch back to the normal image and change the color to your wish.
