[REL] CrewSystemsManagement Icons

I have downloaded jimimadrids' shiny hud mod to get the crew management screen with the dead and injured icons.

I then added the latest version of Ducimus' flavoured to taste to get the real medals. Of course, the second of these overwrites the first so I thought that it would be a good idea to try and create a combination of them both (I am not claiming a unique piece of work here, just a combination of two great ideas).

So, with a little time in Photoshop I managed to draw some icons onto the flavoured to taste medals screen to represent dead and injured crew.

My Brother and I have both tested it and it works fine. We are both patched to 1.2 (but that's another story!).
