NYGM full install?

Since nobody seems to check the NYGM sticky thread anymore, I feel the need to ask in a seperate thread: Does anyone know where to d/l the NYGM 2.0 or 2.2 full install from? All links that are left seem to only offer the respective upgrades, not the basic install.

Any help is appreciated.
