Calendar?

AOD, SH1, and SH2 all had calendars in the sim. Is there any way to know the current date in SH3 (in keep an offline command log usually when on patrol)? Also, what do people do to find out when sun/moon rise/set are to take place?

To see the current date, just hover the mouse pointer over the clock in the lower right corner of the screen.
