Playable Ships

I want to make playable ships. In SН3 I already made it, I do not think that in SH4 it will be more difficult. But i have some problem. In russian official version 1.0 (patches us also did not dream, at least of month two) VERY VERY much bugs(****ing russian localization). And I don't have a English pirate version. Please if to you not hardly post out the given files (The list is lower) from English license version somewere (rapidshare for example).

Folder - Roster
Folder - UPCDAta

P.S. Certainly I can make this mod based on files from my Russian version but then it can't work in others versions.
