i'm searching for anyone who has changed torpedo colors

can anyone direct me to a modder who has changed torpedo colors?

i am interested in learning how it was done.

i used to have an old mod that did it but i no longer have it or remember who did it.

NOTE TO ALL RESPONDERS: the person who did it for GWX is no longer available to be contacted so contacting him is not an option.
