Issue as stated in an earlier post has been resolved. Upon installing W10, I discovered my ATI Radeon card upgraded to a driver listed as a Win 10 AMD Catalyst for a 32 Gig version. My previous driver on Win7 was for 64G AMD Vision. (My system is a 64Gig. I don't understand how or why the new drivers which it automatically installed was a 32??) Anyway, I found a Win7, 64G Vision driver, uninstalled my cards drivers and then messed with compatibility (Win10 won't support Win7 drivers, one has to tell it too). Since rebooting SH4, everything is now working as intended, including a 1600/900 16:9 aspect ratio which nicely fills out the screen as I wish.
After sending an email expressing my disappointment (not like they care) I'm feeling happier. Back to hunting off Wake Island. ![]() |
