[REQ]Bearing/ranging tool

There are mod's that come close,but range graphic,does not jive with position keeper Ind.,Range--3000 Yard/Meter Bearing Tools,--&--360 Bearing Tool for SH4
Now,I might be expecting,an overloading my @?!,but:I need,We need,a tool for bearing/ranging on attack,& nav.map,to set up shot,@ optima range,IE. close in work! Am I expecting something undo able? Reading things wrong? Seems graphic does not scale,with zoom levels.the two mod's mentioned kill my loading time,&FPS.
Thinking this might be due to conversion tool,for graphic files?Lots of questions,sorry.Any answers please.
