Ahoy there to a fellow BKB member, although I'm more a former one as AEB326 in WW2OL!

As for refueling clayp you should be presented with a list of option applicable to the port in question when you get within range. The devs got their terminology a little off you mark as the option you need to select is "refit" rather than what it should have been, "resupply".

Not to be a nit picker, but after reading the patrol histories of many subs, here:
http://www.hazegray.org/danfs/submar/
I've come to the conclusion that "Refit" would be the proper terminology.
In game terms we the player may just be resupplying but historicly refitting
is exactly what the boats were doing nearly every time they ported.

Cheers

Watch for a button showing up in the top right corner of your screen when you get close to port Clayp.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that minor point of terminology. My understanding of the term "refit" in real life would often involve major modifications to the vessel in question, more often than not carried out at the Mare Island Navy Yard facility. In the game the stopping off at a port than one cannot actually dock at is in my view more correctly a "resupply" or "replenishment" as there are no structural changes made to the boat just refuelling and rearming.

wrong the terminnology is wrong a refit is a complete overhaul of sensors and equipment a resupply well that speaks for itself

Clay,

When you are near enough to a port in the upper right hand corner a anchor will appear. Click it and it will ask you if you want to dock or not.

Yeah, I just got finished sneaking into Guam in late June of 1942. It is definitely in Japanese hands, so docking there wouldn't be a good idea.

Look on your map. Only ports with a Blue Anchor symbol allow you to dock or refit(refuel).
