Maintain Depth Error

Hi all
Can anyone help with a game crash for S H 4. When the "maintain Depth" key "A" is pressed the screen goes blank and pc locks up.

Known issue to be fixed in a patch that's coming up SOON.

There is a user-made fix here if you're really impatient:

Welcome and thanks for the tip.

But as others have said it is a known issue.

In the meantime dont use the A key
