Default Regarding a Grey Wolf type of game improvement for SH4

Hello sub pimps and pimpettes,

Yet another installment from me.

I was wondering, Were there any group of people out there in mod land/cyberspace, who were looking to make SH4 that much more realistic like
the Grey Wolves mod did for SH3 because you think that SH4 "just isn't there yet"?

Thank you and Peace be unto you

Yes there are, and they have already discussed it more than once; I don't know how you missed it.

It will probably not be started for real until after the last patch is released. Who knows what the devs are going to do first?

Beery's doing a great job, so is Ducimus. (and all the other brilliant modders, who are too numerous to mention)

Being honest, I'd give my eye teeth for a NYGMPAC Mod, but i don't know if that's on the cards.

Anyway, probably way too early to speculate, the devs are still working hard to make it the game we want. Let's give 'em a chance.

All the community is working on that... some ones to personal taste, some other for a posible magamod...

But i think so it is too early yet, to think in a megamod, we need a defintive game, last patch out, and much much more testing.

All I can say is - yes, yes we're on it

I think what's been slowing down the releases is the 'limbo' created by an ongoing patch development. I guarantee you, if 1.2 proves to be a 'worthy' (that is, stable enough) base for major development, you will see things starting to move very quickly.

Certainly by July, you can safely expect these package-mods to get pretty sophisticated. But even with the best of efforts, a GW/NYGM-level package is not likely before the end of the year at the very earliest - there's a TON of work that goes into it even with the best of efforts
