Change torpedo loadout for Naval Academy missions?

Is it possible to change your torpedo loadout for the academy missions? I fired up the mission editor but I couldn't find anything related to the academy missions.

Yep but you will need the sub tweek mod and change the default loadout of the torpedo loadout,but I can't remember were I got the mod from it was a long time ago.
